Set in a secure residence with a caretaker, the villa enjoys a prime location just 20 minutes from Jamaa El Fna square and 10 minutes from a shopping centre. You are close to the vibrant heart of Marrakech yet sheltered from its bustle.
The villa has four spacious bedrooms, each with a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom.
The master suite offers a refined, intimate space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bright living areas include a large lounge opening onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen, creating a convivial place to share warm moments.
Outside, the heated private pool and landscaped garden invite relaxation, while the terrace offers a spectacular view of the mountains.
For your comfort, a cook is present every day to prepare generous breakfasts, and can also take care of your lunches and dinners on request. Daily housekeeping is included so you can enjoy your stay to the full.

The villa only accepts families, groups of female friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate, except Moroccans living abroad, as required by Moroccan law.
Moroccan law is very strict, so bringing anyone not included in the booking into the villa is strictly forbidden. Any breach will lead to immediate departure from the villa without compensation.
A security deposit is required for every booking. It is equal to one night, payable in cash, and returned on departure if no damage has been found. Otherwise, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the deposit.
Any form of prostitution is strictly forbidden, as is drug use. Parties, events and celebrations are not allowed on the property. Access to the villa is reserved exclusively for guests declared in advance.
To book the villa, click the "Book" button to contact us directly on WhatsApp. We will confirm the villa's availability, then send you the payment link for the 20% deposit. Once the deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information about your stay.
The remaining 80% is paid on the day you arrive at the villa (in cash, in euros or Moroccan dirhams).
The booking price excludes anything consumed on site (including optional services, excursions and other activities booked through Zelife).
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Please note that a minimum of 5 to 7 nights is required for bookings in July and August.
