The villa stands out for its 4 carefully decorated suites, each with a private bathroom and premium bedding, ensuring absolute comfort and peaceful nights. It also offers a fifth small bedroom, ideal for children or live-in household staff. The living spaces are generous, with a bright double living room, an equipped kitchen and décor considered down to the smallest detail to create an elegant, warm atmosphere.
Outside, the pool with its cascade invites you to unwind. It can be heated on request (at extra cost), so you can enjoy it whatever the season. An outdoor lounge completes the space, ideal for relaxing or sharing a convivial moment.
Villa Aya also offers a true world of well-being and entertainment: hammam, sauna, gym, cinema room, not forgetting a billiards table for lively evenings with friends or family.
For your comfort, the villa has a smart TV with access to Netflix, Canal+ and sports channels, for entertainment and relaxation at any time.
Every element has been carefully considered to give guests an exceptional level of modern comfort, where quality, aesthetics and well-being blend in harmony.
The villa only accepts families, groups of female friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate, except Moroccans living abroad, as required by Moroccan law.
Moroccan law is very strict, so bringing anyone not included in the booking into the villa is strictly forbidden. Any breach will lead to immediate departure from the villa without compensation.
A security deposit is required for every booking. It is equal to one night, payable in cash, and returned on departure if no damage has been found. Otherwise, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the deposit.
Any form of prostitution is strictly forbidden, as is drug use. Parties, events and celebrations are not allowed on the property. Access to the villa is reserved exclusively for guests declared in advance.
To book the villa, click the "Book" button to contact us directly on WhatsApp. We will confirm the villa's availability, then send you the payment link for the 20% deposit. Once the deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information about your stay.
The remaining 80% is paid on the day you arrive at the villa (in cash, in euros or Moroccan dirhams).
The booking price excludes anything consumed on site (including optional services, excursions and other activities booked through Zelife).
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Please note that a minimum of 5 to 7 nights is required for bookings in July and August.
