Welcome to Villa Maaden, an elegant private property just 10 minutes from Marrakech, where comfort, refinement and tranquillity come together for an unforgettable stay.
Covering 450 m², this villa features six refined suites, each with its own private bathroom. Those upstairs enjoy private terraces, ideal for admiring the view and savouring quiet moments at sunrise or sunset.
The living spaces are warm and thoughtfully designed for time together: a living room with fireplace, a television, a convivial bar and a welcoming dining room. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals, or you can call on a cook on request for an even more comfortable service.
Outside, the villa opens onto a lush, carefully tended garden with a private pool that can be heated on request, ideal for sunny days and cooler evenings alike. A space made for rest and relaxation.
To complete the experience, an attentive housekeeper is on hand every day from 9:00 to 16:00, making sure your stay runs smoothly and that you want for nothing. A massage room is also available to extend your moments of well-being, and meals can be arranged on request.

The villa only accepts families, groups of female friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate, except Moroccans living abroad, as required by Moroccan law.
Moroccan law is very strict, so bringing anyone not included in the booking into the villa is strictly forbidden. Any breach will lead to immediate departure from the villa without compensation.
A security deposit is required for every booking. It is equal to one night, payable in cash, and returned on departure if no damage has been found. Otherwise, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the deposit.
Any form of prostitution is strictly forbidden, as is drug use. Parties, events and celebrations are not allowed on the property. Access to the villa is reserved exclusively for guests declared in advance.
To book the villa, click the "Book" button to contact us directly on WhatsApp. We will confirm the villa's availability, then send you the payment link for the 20% deposit. Once the deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information about your stay.
The remaining 80% is paid on the day you arrive at the villa (in cash, in euros or Moroccan dirhams).
The booking price excludes anything consumed on site (including optional services, excursions and other activities booked through Zelife).
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Please note that a minimum of 5 to 7 nights is required for bookings in July and August.
