Villa Melodie – Luxury, space and an exceptional view in Marrakech
Welcome to Villa Melodie, an exceptional residence where comfort, elegance and a unique panorama meet. Spread over 570 m2, this spacious villa sleeps up to 10 guests in a sumptuous setting, ideal for families, groups of friends or luxury stays in Marrakech.
The property has 2 master bedrooms and 3 suites, each with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower or bathtub. Every space has been designed for privacy, relaxation and well-being, in a warm, modern atmosphere.
Outside, the south-facing heated pool, entirely free from overlooking neighbours, invites you to relax all day long, while the breathtaking view of the Atlas Mountains provides a natural spectacle at every moment.
The villa also features a jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym and a billiards table in the living room for leisure and convivial moments.
The harmonious, contemporary décor subtly blends modernity and warmth to create an elegant ambience where you instantly feel at home.
The villa is a haven of luxury, light and serenity facing the Atlas.
The villa only accepts families, groups of female friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate, except Moroccans living abroad, as required by Moroccan law.
Moroccan law is very strict, so bringing anyone not included in the booking into the villa is strictly forbidden. Any breach will lead to immediate departure from the villa without compensation.
A security deposit is required for every booking. It is equal to one night, payable in cash, and returned on departure if no damage has been found. Otherwise, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the deposit.
Any form of prostitution is strictly forbidden, as is drug use. Parties, events and celebrations are not allowed on the property. Access to the villa is reserved exclusively for guests declared in advance.
To book the villa, click the "Book" button to contact us directly on WhatsApp. We will confirm the villa's availability, then send you the payment link for the 20% deposit. Once the deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information about your stay.
The remaining 80% is paid on the day you arrive at the villa (in cash, in euros or Moroccan dirhams).
The booking price excludes anything consumed on site (including optional services, excursions and other activities booked through Zelife).
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Please note that a minimum of 5 to 7 nights is required for bookings in July and August.
